In July 2023, Art Buildout Corp successfully completed the construction of Bayside Dental Arts, a modern dental facility designed to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. This two-story, 2,780-square-foot space was developed in close collaboration with Dr. Andrey Ilyabayev to meet the specific needs of a contemporary dental practice.

Our Role: From March to July 2023, our team managed all aspects of the project, including design, permitting, and construction. We ensured the integration of specialized medical systems and adhered to strict regulatory standards, delivering the project on time and within budget.
